The Seating Planner

The Seating Planner enables you to create a real time seating layout for your event. This unique module can be incorporated with your registration process. Before your event, a room layout is designed, tables are graphically placed at desired spots and different room landmarks are defined.

Once once the layout is defined, a graphical view of the room shows the status of each table( table capacity and seats allocated for each table). The list of registrants allocated to each table can be seen by clicking on the table. Allocating seats to registrants is easily managed in real time or as in this, Celtic Challenge, demo your guests can select their own seats for the event.

The module can be used for stadium or conference seating as well as for dining room seating.
