Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, is located on the southeastern tip of Vancouver Island. It offers spectacular mountain views, a distinctive West Coast aboriginal flavour, and an exciting range of attractions and outdoor adventures. The Victoria Conference Centre, this year's venue, is surrounded by charming shops, attractions and quaint parks all within walking distance.

Vancouver Island is easily accessible by air, car, ferry and bus. The Victoria International Airport is located just 30 minutes north of the downtown area and offers frequent flights from other parts of Canada and the United States.
